MOTO GUZZI TOTAL LOOK

Numerous original accessories are available for bikers to personalise their Moto Guzzi two-wheelers with aesthetic or functional elements enhancing comfort and riding pleasure. Windshields, paniers, luggage carriers, saddles, chrome or brushed aluminium parts are just some of the test-approved vehicle items, developed by the motorcycle designers, with the greatest attention to style and detail. The look of a legend also extends to technical jackets and leather gloves, jet helmets, t-shirts and sweatshirts. The quality of made in Italy embracing the latest trends, to help bikers experience in full the adventures of an eagle that has been flying high for 95 years. All with the Moto Guzzi griffe.

Moto Guzzi Accessories were on prominent display at the 2016 EICMA international motor show in Milan. Besides the “wall”, an eye-catching round-up of the packed Moto Guzzi catalogue with its more than 500 items, an additional line of accessories for the customisation of the Moto Guzzi V9 and V7 III bikes was shown at EICMA.

The exhibit included the “Dark” line offering more than 20 dedicated accessories to give a highly distinctive touch to the V9 Bobber (see the previous article in this Accessories column).

Other concepts, of great appeal for the development of future accessories, were presented in the Garage area, winning an enthusiastic response from the public. They included the “Maniac” motorcycle developed on a V7 base by OMT Garage, the winner with the V7 “Silver Knight” (shown at EICMA) of the first season of the successful TV show “Lord of the Bikes” (a customisation challenge), broadcast on the Sky Uno channel; a new season is currently being planned.

The “Maniac” concept reprises the livery of historic Moto Guzzi bikes, creating a strong personality with a vintage two-colour fairing and tail integrated with the seat. Another widely admired bike was the cream-coloured “Lady”, with a smart set of accessories targeting a female public. The two custom bikes based on the V9 took a more aggressive approach, one in total black with a windshield, and the other, the sturdy X-Track, with racing-style details in red.

The Moto Guzzi total look is completed with a range of helmets (where the special versions for the V9 Roamer and Bobber were a particular success), a line of technical apparel and the new Moto Guzzi lifestyle line – which has just made its market debut with the Garage and Classic collections.
