Vespa World Days 2016 - Saint-Tropez

Great applause wrapped up the annual “big event” for the world’s Vespa lovers: “Vespa World Days” 2016, organised by the Vespa Club de France, with the Vespa World Club, was held from 2 to 5 June in the Gulf of Saint Tropez. A captivating location, which attracted almost five thousand Vespa riders from all over the world (from Italy and the rest of Europe to Asia and South America, Russia and Argentina, Mexico and the Philippines).

VWD consisted of four unforgettable days of friendship, united under the banner of the world’s most famous scooter, which this year is celebrating its 70th anniversary in a unique history.

Vespa World Day 2016 - "Vespa 70 Years Young" Exhibition

The program offered a wide variety of activities, including tours to discover the local towns and villages, food and wine tastings, boat trips, games and competitions, stands in the Vespa Village, a 70th anniversary exhibition “1946-2016 – La Vespa compie 70 anni” in the Salle Jean Despas in Saint Tropez, musical evenings, a vintage elegance contest and road parades.
