The members of the #bearacer club community had a very special day out in Noale, the Aprilia homeland, on 3 March. More than 150 of them – as well as students invited from local schools – came to take part in a “meet & greet” event: a unique encounter with the Racing Team Aprilia 2017 competing in the new Aprilia racing season in MotoGP and WSBK. The fans had the chance to meet the MotoGP riders Sam Lowes and Aleix Espargaró, accompanied by the WSBK rider Lorenzo Savadori, for autographs and selfies; they were also able to admire the new Aprilia RS-GP bikes, and drink in all the pre-season energy and adrenalin.
Other highlights included a close-up look at the new Aprilia Shiver 900 and Aprilia Tuono 125; shopping in the store for Aprilia merchandise, and the presentation of special gadgets. And, an unforgettable thrill, a virtual reality drive on an Aprilia Tuono: all you had to do was put on the visor and you were off for a lap on the Mugello circuit, with 360° vision.
