Max Biaggi has made his video musical debut. The Rome-born champion appears, on a Moto Guzzi bike, in the video for “Ora esisti solo tu”, Italian singer Bianca Atzei’s entry in the 2017 Sanremo (the famous Italian songs festival). The video is a success: released on social media at the beginning of February, in a month it has clocked up more than 8 million 300 thousand views. The appearance of the splendid special Moto Guzzi two-wheeler is exceptional in more ways than one, beginning of course with the biker: Max Biaggi is one of the greatest champions in recent motorcycle racing history, with six world titles under his belt (four times in the 250cc world championship and twice in the Superbike championship, on an Aprilia RSV4), and a long career on the racing circuits until 2015 when, three years after retiring, he made a return in the Malaysian SBK race, where he made history by winning a place on the podium.
Equally interesting is the Moto Guzzi bike ridden by Max Biaggi in the video to reach his companion Bianca Atzei. The two-wheeler is a unique bike of great value: the “Silver Knight” special based on a Moto Guzzi V9 with which the OMT Garage won the 2016 series of “Lord of the Bikes”, the world’s first talent show for motorcycle customizers presented by DJ Ringo and broadcast on Sky Uno HD. The eagerly awaited second series of “Lord of the Bikes” (six episodes between February and April 2017), repeated the success of the first season; aired on the Sky Uno HD channel, it was shot at the historic Moto Guzzi factory in Mandello del Lario, which has been producing the motorcycles of the eagle brand for 96 years.
