April 2019 – Spring is finally knocking on the garage door and so is our urgent longing to hop on the bike and head off to discover exciting new places, preferably together with a bunch of guys who share the same unbridled passion as we have for the Moto Guzzi brand! As ever, right up there at the very top of this list of friends and genuine Eagle lovers is the Moto Guzzi World Club, the Association that has been drawing together bike clubs and individual Eagle of Mandello owners from all over the world since 2002, proud owners of bikes of any vintage, be they road bikes, sport bikes or former military-issue bikes.
Not only does the MGWC share our very same values and passions of The Clan, the official Moto Guzzi’s community, but thanks to their intense range of local and international events they also encourage guys out there to become part of the life and history of the Moto Guzzi brand by organising an extensive programme of public initiatives, events and rallies open to all Moto Guzzis.
2019 EVENTS. Firstly we’d like to point out that the MGWC will be entering its own official team for the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy, fighting shoulder to shoulder with the other riders, including the Clan team!
As regards the scheduled events, although the programme is changing constantly, you can take a look at it on the website at http://motoguzziworldclub.it/mapi/index.php?lang=en , but we’d really like to invite all you members of The Clan to join us at the 3 most important rallies of the year, the ones that no real Guzzi fan would ever want to miss out on!
3-4-5th May: the annual Mondo Moto Guzzi gathering in Valsesia, Italy. We begin with a great classic of the “Made in Italy” style Guzzi bike gatherings, which, this year, will be taking us on a voyage of discovery of the beauties of the Valsesia, an amazing region surrounded by the peaks of the Pennine Alps and also known as “the greenest valley in Italy”.

31 May, 1st and 2nd June: 6th Area Mediterranea rally in Palermo, Italy. When the smell of the sea blends in with the flavours of succulent southern Italian cuisine to the sounds of Moto Guzzi twins in the background, it can only mean that you’re truly and totally immersed in the amazing atmosphere of the “Area Mediterranea”!

21-22-23rd June: 2019 International Gathering and Patras Ancient Olympia Rally in Patras, Greece. Thanks to its great sea-links with Italy, Greece’s third-largest city is literally about to be invaded by hordes of rampaging Guzzi fans. Patras is the ideal starting point for historical and food-related bike tours of the northern part of the Peloponnesus region.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE MGWC. To become a member of the Moto Guzzi World Club you can either contact one of the accredited bike clubs directly, starting with those listed in the community website Clubs Area, or otherwise you can simply go through the registration procedure as indicated on the official website. Membership is open to all Moto Guzzi owners and anyone with professional links to Moto Guzzi (employees, associates or suppliers), even if they don’t personally own a Guzzi.
