March 2025 (G.T.) – Sun, rain, wind: nothing stopped the Argentine Vespa riders who, in 250, participated in the successful “MDQ RUN 2025” rally, from 7 to 9 March, in the “Fabulosa Mar del Plata”. Not only was it the first major national meeting of the year in Argentina, and therefore absolutely not to be missed, but also because it was the 10th consecutive edition.
Event organized by the Vespa Club Mar de Plata (which celebrated its 26th anniversary last October), under the aegis of the Vespa Club Argentina and with the enthusiastic participation of Vespa riders from various regions of Argentina and South America, such as Uruguay and Chile.

VESPA CLUB ROSARIO INITIATIVES. Salvador Mateo Ruiz also highlighted two other events that deserve mention. The gathering for the club's 35th birthday (November 2024) and the solidarity initiative carried out in collaboration with the dealer MOTOPLEX (Simpa): "On October 26, the Vespa Club Rosario with the Motoplex of Rosario organized a charity caravan in favor of Caritas: all participants brought a non-perishable food (such as pasta, rice, packaged legumes) and Simpa donated a check for 2,000,000 pesos (equal to approximately 1,800 euros, ed.).
The gathering attracted many generous Vespa riders. 160 Vespas of various models and eras formed a cheerful, colourful caravan, with a parade from the Motoplex headquarters to the ‘Monumento a la Bandera’, symbol of Rosario.” Really, an appreciated testimony of friendship and solidarity.
