AS PART OF THE TUSCAN REGION’S EXHIBITION, “GENIO TOSCANO – CREATIVITY BEYOND TIME AND SPACE”, FROM 7 TO 19 JULY 2025
July 2025 - Piaggio Group Japan puts the Vespa GTV 300 on display in the Italian Pavilion of EXPO OSAKA 2025, Kansai, Japan, as part of the Tuscan region’s exhibition, “Genio Toscano – Creativity beyond time and space”, supported by the Regional Council and organised by the Fondazione Sistema Toscana.
The region of Tuscany is presented at Expo Osaka 2025 (7-19 July 2025), with an exhibition that takes visitors on a journey that narrates its multifaceted nature, from its stunning natural landscapes and architecture, the delicious flavours of its cuisine and the sheer excellence of its artistic and manufacturing sector, to its entrepreneurial and artisanal prowess and the capacity to carry out research and develop highly innovative solutions in key sectors for the future of our society, including life sciences and robotics.

The "Genio Toscano. Creatività oltre lo spazio e il tempo" (‘Tuscan Genius. Creativity Beyond Space and Time’) exhibition tells the story of Tuscany’s manufacturing heritage, constructed by its companies and their connection to the region; a heritage that is built upon intuition, talent and a capacity for production that have enabled iconic objects that transcend space and time to be created. These objects that have made their mark in the world of design, style, quality and innovation at international level. Reflecting the theme of the Italian Pavilion, Tuscany places the value of the person at the heart of its story, along with the importance of relationships, deeply connected to the surrounding environment - elements that have ensured that the region has always been at the forefront of knowledge and expertise, with an unwavering focus on the future.
The exhibitions narrates the essence of "Made in Tuscany" and the history of the region beyond its image as a land of beauty, art, culture, history and tradition. Home to a wealth of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurialism, Tuscany has always been particularly future-oriented. The land of Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei and Brunelleschi expresses its creative genius, and this, coupled with the capacity for innovation that characterises this part of Italy, sets Tuscany apart, as it always has: from fashion, textiles and design to craftsmanship and mechanics, and of course the Vespa - a true Italian icon throughout the world.
