Verona, 20 January 2019 – This year was a memorable edition for the international show for enthusiasts of the motorcycle world, held for the eleventh year at the VeronaFiere exhibition centre (17-20 January 2019): visitor numbers reached 170,000, topping the 2018 result. The flood of devotees gave thumbs up to the overall offer on display at Motor Bike Expo, in 8 halls for approximately 80,000 square metres of exhibition space, hosting more than 700 exhibitors from all over the world, plus over 20,000 square metres of outdoor areas for races and displays.
Moto Guzzi and Aprilia were there with the latest entries from the 2019 ranges – the eagerly awaited Moto Guzzi V85 TT, the V7 III Stone Night Pack, the V7 III Rough, the V9 Bobber Sport and the range of Moto Guzzi Garage original accessories for the Eagle brand; plus the special V7 III Stone fitted out with the Racing Kit, which will be on the race-track for the new mono-brand championship, presented at MBE 2019. Then there were the new Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory delivering 217 hp, the Tuono V4 1100 Factory and the futuristic RS 660 Concept, Dorsoduro 900 and Shiver 900 for the Piaggio Group’s racing brand, with Aprilia merchandising and lifestyle articles. All this was accompanied by intriguing “on saddle” initiatives organised by the respective official communities, The Clan and #bearacerclub, from Moto Guzzi Experience tours to Aprilia Racer Days, new 2019 editions.
