12 March 2025 - A unique event that unites passion for motorcycling, kinship and spirituality: the FMI-Italian Motorcycling Federation has partnered with the ecclesiastic authorities to organise theMotorcyclists’ Jubilee, an event that is scheduled to take place on Saturday 4 October as one of the Grand Events of the Jubilee 2025 Calendar.

The Italian Motorcycle Federation, in collaboration with church authorities, is organizing a special event on the occasion of Jubilee 2025 dedicated to motorcyclists: a Jubilee Audience in Piazza San Pietro with the participation of the Pope for a meaningful “blessing of helmets.” The goal of the initiative is to offer motorcyclists a unique experience that combines their passion for two wheels with a moment of deep spirituality and fraternal sharing.
The Motorcyclists’ Jubilee is open to all fans of two-wheeled motorised vehicles, both from Italy and overseas, with a programme of events which is as intense as it is meaningful. Participants will be able to enjoy an unforgettable day. After parking their motorbikes in the special parking areas, devotees will gather in St. Peter's Square at 9.00 a.m. For organisational reasons, vehicles will not be permitted to enter the square, but visitors will be able to bring their helmets with them to be blessed.
From 10.00 until 11.30, the Jubilee Audience will be held, during which the Holy Father will join the motorcyclists for the “Blessing of the Helmets”, a symbolic moment of protection and benediction. In addition, from 11.30 onwards, those in attendance will be able to walk through the Holy Door together.

The Motorcyclists’ Jubilee - “Blessing of the Helmets”. Each participation request must be completed individually. Only for family units and minors is it allowed to be completed by a single representative.
