APRILIA & MOTO GUZZI LAUNCHED THE “MAESTRALE RIDE TOUR”: A UNIQUE MOTORCYCLE TEST RIDE EXPERIENCE ACROSS FRANCE, FROM JUNE TO OCTOBER 2026

July 2026 – Aprilia and Moto Guzzi past June unveiled the Maestrale Ride Tour, an exclusive experience where the power of the wind becomes a hallmark, and every test ride a rare thrill. Inspired by the Maestrale, that legendary wind from Italy, symbolising character, precision and absolute freedom, this tour of France envisions the road as a canvas for expression, and riding as an art form. Over the course of carefully orchestrated weekends, France’s most beautiful roads become the setting for a unique immersion, blending contemporary performance with timeless heritage.
TWO BRANDS, TWO VISIONS, ONE SPIRIT.

Aprilia: performance sculpted by the wind. With Aprilia, the Maestrale Ride Tour becomes an immersion in pure performance and precision aerodynamics. More than just a tour, it is an invitation to feel the power of the wind. On every road, every bend becomes a canvas for expression where machine and rider become one. Aprilia’s aerodynamics carve through the air and transform every acceleration into raw emotion.

The Maestrale Ride Tour embodies this fusion of technology, adrenaline and freedom. From Aprilia, the line-up will feature the much-loved mid-range sports and naked bikes: the RS 457 and the Tuono 457, ideal for riders with an A2 licence, as well as the highly sought-after Tuono and RS 660, also available in A2 and Factory versions. The Aprilia Tuareg, the twin-cylinder adventure bike, will also be on show, including its Rally version. The powerful and refined Tuono V4 Factory roadster, along with the new, all-terrain SR GT 400 scooter, round off the range available for test rides.

Moto Guzzi: a legacy shaped by the wind. For Moto Guzzi, the Maestrale Ride Tour celebrates the Italian soul and the spirit of exploration. Inspired by over 100 years of history (exactly 105 years, 1921-2026, ed.), the brand transforms every test ride into a journey of discovery. Just as sailors of old followed the wind, riders today follow the Maestrale to discover new horizons.
It is a meeting of tradition and modernity, where the wind is not merely endured, but ridden. From Moto Guzzi’s perspective, the spotlight is on the long-distance Stelvio and the best-selling V7, available in its Stone and Sport versions – the latter being the most dynamic and technologically advanced.
The iconic adventure bike, the V85, is also on display in its V85 Strada and V85 TT versions. The characterful V100 roadster, with its authentic styling, rounds off the range available for test rides.

A national tour in ten stages, bringing riders closer to the action. The Maestrale Ride Tour will cruise through France from June to October 2026, like a rare breeze, with stops carefully selected to offer exceptional test-ride conditions and a complete immersion in the world of the brands. After the first successful two stages – 26-27 June: Savenay, Atlantico Moto; 3-4 July, Rennes, Maxi Motos 35; the next events are: 10–11 July: Rouen – EVI Motors; 7–18 July: Arras – MotoValley; 24–25 July: Metz – Motomax; 11–12 September: Marseille - Luisetti Moto; 18–19 September: Albi - Delahaye Motors; 25–26 September: Montpellier – Suttel Racing; 2–3 October: Agen - Magasin Patrick Salles & Fils; 9–10 October: Bordeaux – Factory Moto.

An immersive and accessible experience. Designed as a special event, the Maestrale Ride Tour offers much more than just a test ride: an expert selection of iconic models; personalised support; a carefully curated atmosphere, blending refinement and passion; an opportunity to meet the community; A merchandising and lifestyle retail area; Exclusive offers and contest, including a chance to win a helmet from each brand.

The Mistral (Maestrale in Italian) is a strong wind that blows from the northwest across the Mediterranean Sea. Its name derives from the Latin *magister* (master), as it was considered the principal wind of the compass rose.
