This model was the first Piaggio Beverly, a vehicle that revolutionised urban mobility by introducing motorcycle-inspired design, setting a new benchmark in the world of scooters in terms of performance, comfort, safety, and riding enjoyment.
Today, the Beverly celebrates its 25th anniversary – accompanied by incredible commercial success, with over half a million units sold in more than fifty countries - with the launch of a brand-new commemorative edition, the Piaggio Beverly 25th Anniversary.
The Piaggio Beverly 25th Anniversary showcases a special setup that reinterprets the most distinctive features of the original model, combining them with the sporty, bold spirit of the latest generation of Beverly scooters.

Its exclusive Grigio 25th Anniversary colour scheme draws inspiration from this silver anniversary – a new dark grey shade with a matte metallic finish. The livery is completed by a light grey graphic running the length of the vehicle, from the rear side panels to the front mudguard. A smoked flyscreen – another hallmark of the first Beverly – also features as standard.

The sporty character of the Beverly 25th Anniversary is highlighted by contrasting glossy black details, including the passenger grab handle and headlight frame. Gold accents accentuate the graphics, the central grille trim, and the ‘Beverly’ badge. The wheels are also finished in glossy black, with gold and grey detailing along the rim, while the dedicated dual-material saddle features a perforated texture and refined double stitching that mirrors the vehicle’s colour accents in black and gold. On the inner leg shield, a “25th Anniversary” badge – enhanced by the tricolour flag celebrating Beverly’s Italian heritage – identifies this special edition.

The 310-cc single-cylinder engine delivers 27.7 horsepower and plenty of torque, for powerful, smooth acceleration when slowing down and pulling away, two common scenarios in urban riding. The 400cc version delivers a maximum power of 35.9 horsepower and a maximum torque of 37.7 Nm; these numbers, combined with its chassis components, make the Beverly totally unique in terms of performance and sportiness.
