July 2024 – 15 years ago, on 26 July 2009 on the Brno circuit (Czech Republic), Max Biaggi won the first, legendary victory in the Superbike World Championship with the Aprilia RSV4, riding the V4 from Noale into the history books and opening the first chapter in one of the most exciting stories in motorsport. Since then, the Noale-born Superbike has succeeded in winning seven world titles across five seasons: three Riders’ titles (two of which were won by Max himself) and four Manufacturers’ titles, becoming one of the most successful bikes of factory-derived models.

Aprilia is celebrating this victory by bringing back the iconic livery for the SE-09 SBK numbered special editions of the RSV4 Factory 1100 superbike and the hypernaked Tuono V4 Factory 1100 bike: inspired by Biaggi’s winning RSV4, it is dominated by black, with red and white detailing on the top fairing, lug, fuel tank and tail fairing.
The two bikes, which represent the top of the V4 range, are also equipped as standard with carbon front brake air intakes and carbon front mudguard; the progressive numbering of the model appears on the tank. Last but not least, the Aprilia Racing graphic completes the liveries.

Indeed, it was he who invited the fans – via the Facebook page of the Motorteam dealership – to get to know the Aprilia range and witness the unveiling of the Aprilia RSV4 Factory and the Tuono V4 Factory SE-09 special series. Customers and Aprilia fans attended in their droves, asking Max questions about the bikes; then, inside the dealership, they were greeted by a dedicated corner where Biaggi was handing out signed photos, as well as "signing" some of the Aprilia motorcycles displayed in the showroom, making them "unique pieces."
And there also those who, a week later, left the Motorteam dealer (Pisa branch) with his brand-new SE-09 signed in Livorno by the multiple champion and MotoGP legend. Aprilia emotions.
