Freshly crowned 2025 Twins Cup champion Alessandro Di Mario wrapped up his season with a podium on Saturday, securing the title with a commanding 97-point margin in the standings. Vossberg, who joined the series only at Round 3, climbed to an impressive third place overall by season’s end. Bad Boys Racing’s Avery Dreher closed out the year in fourth, giving Aprilia three riders inside the top five.

Aprilia riders showed strength from the outset at NJMP. Vossberg set the tone with the second-fastest time in Friday practice, followed closely by Chase Brown (4th), Di Mario (5th), Logan Cunnison (7th), and Dreher (8th). In Qualifying 1, Di Mario topped the timesheets by just 0.137 seconds, with four more Aprilia riders filling the top five: Vossberg (3rd), Dreher (4th), and Cunnison (5th). By the end of Qualifying 2, Di Mario had secured his fifth pole position of the year, narrowly edging Vossberg, with Dreher and Cunnison again close behind. Six Aprilias started inside the top 10.

Race 1 on Saturday saw Di Mario locked in a race-long, two-rider battle for the lead, ultimately settling for a runner-up finish by a margin of 0.040 seconds. Vossberg charged back from seventh to secure third, while Brown brought home a strong fifth. Dreher had a technical problem on Lap 7, but recovered to finish eighth.

Sunday’s finale delivered a dream ending for Vossberg as Di Mario struggled for pace in the drying track conditions. While Di Mario began dropping positions quickly during the first lap, Vossberg and Dreher showed frontrunning pace right away and broke away from the rest of the field with two other riders. The race-long dogfight for the lead saw the four-rider pack drafting and re-drafting each other for the lead. Vossberg played the lapped traffic perfectly near the end of the race to pull a small gap and won by 0.439 seconds. Dreher added another podium for Aprilia with a third-place finish, and the other Aprilia riders who finished in the top 10 included Di Mario in seventh and Weyh Racing’s Andrew Weyh in eighth.
