Milan, 22 April 2026 – UNITED STATES. Aprilia’s positive run in MotoAmerica continues. At the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta (17-19 April 2025, Braselton, Georgia), Hank Vossberg was among the leading riders in the second round of the Twins Cup season—the American championship's intermediate class—securing a victory in Race 1 and an excellent second place in Race 2.

The 15-year-old talent racing for Robem Engineering team confirmed the form shown in the previous round at Daytona, proving himself fast on his Aprilia RS 660 from the very first session on Friday. On Saturday, starting from second position, Vossberg secured victory at the end of a hard-fought Race 1, in which he also set the fastest lap of 1:33.424. The American remained at the top on Sunday as well: despite a crash in the early stages that left him physically shaken, he managed to rejoin the race and, aided by a red flag, finished second in Race 2. Thanks to these results, Vossberg now leads the overall standings with 86 points, 23 points clear of his nearest challenger.

Overall, the Atlanta round reaffirmed Aprilia’s competitive strength; from Friday onwards, at least three RS 660s featured in the top 10 of every session. In addition to Vossberg’s results, Logan Cunnison’s excellent finish in Race 1 also stood out: starting from fourth, the Speed Demon Racing rider finished Saturday’s race in third place, bringing another Aprilia onto the podium.

In the second round of the Sportbike Championship at the Dutch track (17-19 April 2026), Matteo Vannucci secured a historic second place in Race 2 following a remarkable comeback. This podium finish confirmed the Italian rider’s strong rapport with his RS 660, which was already evident in Race 1, where he finished fourth after a closely fought battle.

Aprilia also secured a solid result in the inaugural EWC race at Le Mans (18 April 2026). Kevin Calia’s performance was simply perfect—fast and flawless. Alongside teammates Flavio Ferroni and Joseph Foray (the latter a last-minute substitute for the injured Nicholas Spinelli and Simone Saltarell), the crew secured a commendable fifth place in the Superstock class.
