THE FINAL ROUND OF THE PIRELLI NATIONAL 1000CC SUPERSTOCK CHAMPIONSHIP TAKES PLACE AT BRANDS HATCH: OCTOBER 12/13/14TH
UK, 8thOctober 2018 – 23-year-old Lincolnshire ace Tim Neave will join EHA Racing for the final round of the 2018 National 1000cc Superstock Championship, where he will ride alongside Joe Collier on the team’s In Competition prepared Aprilia RSV4 RF at Brands Hatch.
The former British Junior and Pro Flat Track champion, who has only been racing in British Championship for two years, enjoyed his first experience of the EHA Racing Aprilia just last week and was suitably impressed.
Tim Neave: “I’ve now ridden the Aprilia RSV4 RF in both wet and dry conditions and we’ve been able to get some valuable information before going to Brands. My first impressions are very good: it’s light and fast and handles very well. All round it’s a really nice bike, but the biggest thing for me is getting to work with Ian Newton and the EHA Racing team. I’m really looking forward to Brands Hatch where the team have all the winning data from earlier in the season, so I can’t wait to get started.”
Team Manager Gail Allingham said: “We’ve obviously heard a lot about Tim from Ian Newton, who was very impressed with his performance and attitude at the test. It will be nice to have two EHA Racing Aprilia RSV4 RF bikes back in the garage this weekend at Brands Hatch. It’s the last round of the season so hopefully Tim enjoys his experience working with our team.”
The final round of the Pirelli National 1000cc Superstock Championship takes place this coming weekend at Brands Hatch (Kent, UK), October 12/13/14th.
