Millville, New Jersey, 28 September 2026 – The 2026 MotoAmerica Twins Cup Championship concluded its season at New Jersey Motorsports Park (September 25–27, 2026), where weather played a significant role throughout the weekend's activities. Track conditions shifted dramatically across the event, beginning with a damp Wet Familiarization Practice session and leading into a shortened, mixed-condition Race 1.

Despite the tricky weather, the weekend capped off a triumphant season for Aprilia and its class-benchmark RS 660 racing program, highlighted by newly crowned champion Hank Vossberg and an extraordinary class debut by 15-year-old sensation Nathan Gouker.

At the final round of the season, Aprilia RS 660 motorcycles represented the single largest manufacturer presence on the grid, comprising 16 of the 36 total entries (44.4% of the field). The 16-rider Aprilia contingent was anchored by newly crowned champion Hank Vossberg (#31, Robem Engineering), class debutant Nathan Gouker (#19, Quarterley Racing), alongside a deep field of RS 660 competitors including Eli Block (#292, ECB Racing), Chase Brown (#11, Brown Town Racing), Andrew Weyh (#62, Weyh Racing), Sean Ungvarsky (#48, Ready To Ride), Khayden Brown (#154, 2-Bones Racing), and Tommy Hynes (#357, Hynes Racing).

The young fifteen-year-old rider—the newly crowned 2026 MotoAmerica Talent Cup champion—made a brilliant debut in the Twins Cup class aboard an Aprilia RS 660 during the final round of the season.
Tackling a drying track that provided mixed conditions in Race 1, Gouker put on a clear demonstration of his adaptability and speed, setting the fastest lap of the entire event at 1:34.245. Gouker navigated the 2.250-mile circuit to cross the finish line first on track. However, an official post-race ruling issued a three-position penalty for passing under a yellow flag, revising his official finish to a highly impressive third place.
Robem Engineering's Hank Vossberg, who mathematically clinched the 2026 Twins Cup Championship three races early at VIRginia International Raceway, capped his historic campaign with a determined performance. Leading much of the race Vossberg navigated the changing track, pushing the limits which resulted in a high side. Vossberg was able to remount and finish the race in 10th place.

Across the 12-race season, Vossberg compiled an exceptional record of victory and consistency, ending the championship with 274 total points. The Wisconsin native led a dominant final standings table, finishing over 90 points from his closest rivals.

The 2026 title reinforces the technical superiority of the Aprilia RS 660 platform and the unmatched success of Robem Engineering. The championship marks the team's fourth MotoAmerica Twins Cup crown featuring the Aprilia RS 660, building upon previous title campaigns with Kaleb De Keyrel (2021) and Alessandro Di Mario (2024, 2025). From seasoned veterans to emerging young stars like Gouker, the Aprilia RS 660 once again proved to be the definitive machine in middleweight twin-cylinder road racing.
