12 July 2022 – The Twins Cup 2022 MotoAmerica championship gets more and more thrilling race after race, with the consistent domination of the numerous Aprilia RS660 machines in the standings, the only Italian bikes competing in the American championship. Pole man Kaleb De Keyrel (Veloce Racing team) finished the race last weekend at the Laguna Seca WeatherTech Raceway in Monterey, California 3rd place with his Aprilia.

On the other hand, it was a race to forget for the current championship leader, Jody Barry, who finished with 0 points, whereas Anthony Mazziotto took 10 and is now just -4pt from the lead, dominated by Jody Barry (144 points) with Anthony close behind at 140 ahead of other Aprilia riders, Kaleb (96 points) and Teagg Hobbs (78 points).

There are 4 races left over the next two months, from late July through late September, and they promise to be fierce battles for the championship title. We, who are obviously biased, are rooting for the riders who race their high performance Aprilia RS660 machines which, also this year in the highly popular and spectacular American championship’s Twins Cup category, are shining brightly and improving consistently.
Birthday wishes to Jody Barry, from MotoAmerica.
